If I could give no stars I would. I brought really expensive sheets to them that were brand new 100% Egyptian Cotton Sateen and asked them to launder them. If you read that tags it says no heat. They ended up pressing them with heat which changed the fabric entirely. The sateen is no longer soft. I talked to the owner about what happened and he isn't willing to cover the costs of the sheets that the store clearly ruined. He even stated that his employees don't pay attention to tags. DON'T TAKE YOUR LAUNDRY HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO REMAIN QUALITY AND INTACT.

This dry cleaner always does a great job. If something doesn't look perfect the first time, they redo it - no problem.

I got my drapes back in March and they don't even Look like they was touched, they have pet hair and spots on them and Look dirty. they said they would contact me back but they never did and don't answer any of my messages about what happened. Never use them

This dry cleaner definitely has quality issues. Price increases with no notice. Men's cotton dress shirts: wrinkled. Woman's skirt: wrinkled. Many buttons on shirts crumbled or torn off. When I attempted to contact the owner, I could get no response - no returned calls or emails. On top of all of this, I've done business with the previous owner and current owner for nearly 25 years. Apparently customer service is not a language they speak. If I could rate this business with no stars, I certainly would.
