We have 4 locations of Public Libraries in Berkeley County, WV. Each location works with their patron base to bring quality books, relevant authors, and imaginative programming. I like our library very much...staff is always polite and helpful. It's very close to my home as well, which is another reason why i enjoy going. As well as a good book selection, sufficient computer lab, and good DVDs. If they don't have materials you need, they will order them or find them for you. Great atmosphere inside and benches outside are a plus in warm weather. Also a small park area with benches just across the street, on the Queen Street side, gives patrons another place to take books and relax! Have no complaints!

Has thousands of books on every subject known about. Also has a private area to read law books. They do have library cards available.  Meter and handicap parking. Handicap entrance.

The staff at the Martinsburg Public Library have been great! They even went above the call of duty by helping me after hours with a lost item when they could have just as easily made me come back the next day.  If your ever in need of a space for a meeting I highly recommend them.  The space they provide is excellent and so is their desire to make your events a success. Thanks a lot Library staff, for all your hard work and great attitudes! I look forward to working with you all more in the future.

The computer lab smells so bad I got a headache 10 minutes after getting there. There is actually a lady that sits and monitors you while you're on a computer. What are we...5 years old?

I love this library except for the parking lot of course. They have a wonderful children's library that is separate from the rest and a wonderful selection of books.
