Overall very tasty, reasonably paced service, and nice vibes with planters hanging from the ceiling Steamed Chicken Momos were tasty, 8 pieces, good portion size Pineapple Chicken was very good, well seasoned. It did seem to have dark meat chicken, and the portion was not huge. Tangerine Shrimp was also quite good, but is fried. Would like larger portions on the entrees for 20 bucks each, but the food was all very tasty and unique so I would highly recommend trying this place out
Overall great experience. Their fried apps are absolutely drenched with oil so even with the good flavor it's overpowered by oil. Their short rib dish left a lot to be desired and was really dry and chewy. Everything else we has was absolutely delicious with great flavors. Will definitely come back and try more stuff on the menu.Food: 5/5
About half of what we had was truly excellent. The other half was pretty good, but we weren’t as impressed. We really liked the chicken mughlay it was like a not-spicy curry: it was buttery and very nicely spiced. The best was the vegetable nezom: the sauce was just enough savory, with a touch of sweetness, and nicely garlicky. Simple but amazing. We also tried the steamed chicken momo, it was ok; and the potato-pumpkin balls, which were interesting. The place had a nice intimate atmosphere, with nice decoration that looks authentic.
I went there after seeing so many great reviews and they didn't disappoint. A great place to have Tibetan/ Himalayan cuisine in Boston. They have amazing prices considering the quality and service provided. The interior is aesthetically decorated. Love the momos and mango iced tea. Would definitely visit again.Food: 5/5
A Tibetan friend recommended this place so of course we had to try it out. The momos were delicious- we tried the vegetarian and chicken ones. The ginger lemonade I had was surprisingly not too sweet most homemade lemonades tend to be a tad too sweet for my taste and the noodles were tasty too. Service however could be friendlier and quicker. Definitely worth going back to
I decided to try this restaurant after a friend's recommendation for their momos. The food was enjoyable, although the service was a bit sluggish despite the relatively low crowd. It's worth keeping your patience. The flavors reminded me of homemade meals more than any other restaurant. I'm eager to return and explore their other dishes.Food: 5/5
Such incredible food new favorite spot for sure, so many vegan options too! Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options
Love, love, love the food! This place has a combination of Tibetian, Nepali and Indian food. The spices, taste, preparation are perfect. It has loads of vegetarian and vegan options. Definitely recommend the vegetable churue soup - perfect blend of all the veggies with cheese taste. The tofu chilli was fantastic. Even recommend the Beef Achar. Definitely visiting them again. I even tried the Tibetian tea - not a big fan. Remember it’s very salty. Vegetarian options: Loads and loads of vegetables and vegan food options. Spring rolls, veg soups, tofu dishes, vegetable dishes and lots more. Parking: We went for dinner on a friday and yes it took us 15-20 mins to find a spot. We had to take some turns to finally find a spot.
My girlfriend and I really loved the food here. Pretty much everything was delicious and so flavorful. The ambience was also very nice - quiet and peaceful but also busy as the night went on. The shrimp curry was absolutely amazing. The Bhale - Tibetan bread - was light and fluffy and so yummy. The soups were both delicious. The Tibetan tea was comforting and tasty but also strange if you hadn’t had it before. The momos dumplings were probably our least favorite dish as the dough wasn’t as light and flavorful as we’d have wished. We’d probably award this 4.5 stars if possible - a half star deduction because the service wasn’t very good. They were a bit inattentive we didn’t have our waters filled once without us asking and they were a bit standoffish. But the speed of the food arriving and the quality of the food compensated well. In any case, we’ll definitely be back!!
This is NOT an Authentic Tibetan restaurant. mo:mo dumpling and Sha Phelea was tasteless. It tasted like complete frozen… food. NO Jhol soup inside momo & shaphaley. Too pricey for Frozen food. ZERO spicy. We asked for spicy sauce but they brought us oily tomato sauce instead. Customer service was terrible. No welcoming and when asked for something they gets annoyed. 1st & last place to eat. I will not recommend this place if you are looking for some real Tibetan food.
