This was my first trip to Marukai in quite a few months and I found it quite changed from my last visit. The shelves are all lower and items are better organized. I love shopping here and find the changed refreshing. Wonderful selection of diverse foods and excellent service.

This is large supermarket packed with asian groceries. They have monthly events usually themed with certain produces, region from Japan or festival theme. Its very fun to try out imported lical Japanese food. The location also has a large area where they sell Japanese goods that are handy for many people. Also they have packed lunch, side dish, and snacks that you can pick up.

Huge selection of Japanese foods. Seafood selection is great although it can be pricey. Also great selection of beef, pork, and poultry. They just went through a massive interior remodel. Much nicer to go through....not as cramp as it use to be.

They have remodeled the interior to make it more open and it is a nice improvement, the aisle used to be narrow with products stacked above your head now it's easier for us old folks.

Great place to get all your Japanese market stuff. Also good eating there too. And Japanese furniture too. Lots of Nick back a there too. Lots of Hawaiian stuff. All around great market.
