You have lost your job and you are now distraught about the reasons why. You signed a employer contract and have surmised you do not have any recourse. From a personal perspective I very much enjoy reading about HR Law (I am not a lawyer), however, I can tell HR Law is extremely complicated. Knowing this I came to the conclusion it was worth the investment to explore any opportunity for recourse. I was referred by a close business associate to reach out to a few HR Law Firms and I met Marvin Gorodensky. Marvin was certainly the most open to actually listening to me and giving me an initial assessment, that was critical for me. You can imagine that embarking on legal action can be emotionally very trying, however, Marvin and his team were exceptional to work with. In my case we came to a settlement with my previous employer. The settlement was certainly more than what the company originally offered, in my case it was a win. I highly recommend Marvin and his team it was definitely worth the investment.

From day one Marvin badgered me and suspected everything I said was false even after proof was provided. He was a bizzarre and aggressive person to deal with who spent the minimal amount of time on anything to do with my case. He ignored my requests for reasonable items (letter of reference from employer) and charges well beyond what I now understand to be market rate for the services he provided. He achieved the minimum settlement expected from a lawyer persforming this job. He made an extremely stressful and emotional experience so much more stressful and emotional. Over a year later I still regret selecting him as my attorney.
