We bought Marvin windows from Paul and the team here a few years ago and the entire experience was top notch. Paul is really professional and responsive, the products are beautiful and the service is awesome too. Last week I accidentally jammed a branch in the window and they sent a super nice tech out the next day who took care of it for me, no charge, even though it was obviously my fault. Love these guys, highly recommend.

We shifted to MDG by Laurence Smith after having a dreadful experience with another well recognized replacement window name brand in our area. Our sales rep, Matt Zulski, was super attentive, professional, and excellent at follow-through. Any questions and/or concerns were immediately answered and resolved, pricing and timing quotes were spot on, and install crew was polite, professional, and skilled at addressing unexpected issues that arose relative to installation. These replacement windows elevated my curb appeal from a solid C- to an A+. Just an unbelievable upgrade. The product was superlative, and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. A+++

Very pleased with our Marvin Elevate window replacements. Scott Mendez was our main contact and he proved to be a very knowledgeable and professional representative of the company. He sold us exactly what we needed and did so with clarity and without any pressure. While Marvin is a premium brand, their pricing was competitive with the higher end lines from Andersen and Pella, and we feel a superior value all-in. Kierra in the office has also been a friendly and efficient contact. The install crew was tremendous. Greg and his team were skilled, prompt and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the windows look great!

We recently had 13 windows including one huge picture window and four sliding glass doors replaced by the Marvin Design Gallery and are extremely happy with the finished result. We are thrilled to be able to match energy-efficient replacement windows to the architectural style of our home. We had fairly tricky installation specifications drywall returns, no exterior trim, vintage marble sills and the design and installation teams did a great job exceeding our expectations and quickly addressing any concerns. Replacement windows are a big investment and we received several other competitive bids on our Ann Arbor-based project but I am really glad that we went with Marvin windows and Laurence Smith.

I have worked with MDG on two projects and both turned out far better than I could've hoped.  Full home Marvin replacement windows was the first project and I couldn't even count how many compliments we have received.  The second was a new designer front door wall.  Lots of compliments on that as well and it definitely makes our home stand out amongst the other homes in our neighborhood.

Marvin Design Gallery did a wonderful job on our replacement windows.  The installation was tricky within existing plaster and drywall openings but they ordered and installed each window perfectly.  The installers were neat and minimized the dust and dirt.  The Marvin windows are of high quality, beautiful, and we're very comfortable inside now.  The cost was reasonable and we're very happy with the end result.

We bought a charming 1800's home in the historic Depot Town neighborhood in Ypsilanti. The windows were in bad shape, leaking, non-insulated, and many of them were jammed. We replaced all the windows with Integrity windows, by Marvin.  This was a totally rewarding process for us. Paul was professional and courteous in all our interactions, as well as extremely knowledgeable about the range of Marvin products, helping us make the right decision for our particular circumstances and requirements. He was also familiar with the Ypsilanti Historic District Commission and process and supported us in getting our approvals.  The installation team were professional, carefully prepping and covering all the floors and surfaces in their traffic zones and at each window location. All 15 windows were installed in a day and half, and when they left, everything was spotless and exactly as they had found it.  We would totally recommend the Marvin design Gallery by Lance Smith for any window project.

We had a wonderful experience with our window purchase. My only sort of negative would be for Chris to have samples of the windows when he comes to your house for the sales presentation. We did go to the showroom to see the windows, but I wonder if they lose some business due to this. We got quotes from 4 window companies and all others had actual window samples. We did like the construction of the windows and they offer a lot of options. After much research it seems like fiberglass windows are much better for Michigan weather over vinyl. Installation couldn’t have gone smoother. I believe Curtis & Luke were the installers and after they left you would have not known we had windows installed. They were professional, friendly, patient as we asked questions and cleaned everything up when they left. I would highly recommend Marvin Design Gallery by Laurence Smith.

I had A LOT of problems with the installation of a door and a window. It took three technician visits to finally re-do the door and window. Now all are working correctly. However, the level of frustration and numerous phone calls made working with this company NOT WORTH the cost. I have since gotten 9 new Andersen windows installed in another part of the house. The windows are just as good quality or better than Marvin, and the service and installation so much better. I can highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

We live in Bloomfield Hills and their showroom was nearby. We did a whole house replacement of windows and doors. Everyone at this company is so nice and professional! Paul was great to work with, always made sure we were satisfied! They really stand behind their product. I would definitely use them again!
