THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM. Bloomington is lucky to have a floral source that is reasonably priced and customizable to no end. I witnessed a lady come in to pick up an arrangement and she started yelling because she believed what was clearly a sunflower was a weed. She was rude and disrespectful to the employees and even turned around and yelled at other customers who told her to calm down. Despite her terrible reaction, the employee asked for her manager to take over and she tried to interact with the customer in the most POSITIVE way. I have never met a staff more willing to please a customer than Mary M's. People need to realize they cannot control how a flower is grown and how many orders will drain their stock. THIS FLORAL COMPANY IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I will never go anywhere else but Mary M's.

No very friendly or flexible. They could not even look up the address of the elementary school I was sending it to for me since I didn’t have my phone.  They could not deliver it that day either. I understand since it was 1 pm but overall they just were not friendly and I decided to pass on using them.

GREATest florist in the Monroe County area. I ordered flowers for both my Parents' anniversary and my Wife's graduation ceremony celebration from IU. All of the arrangements are impeccable and when they can only do MIXED Arrangements they are still beautiful. I LOVE MARY M's

Great service always!!! I went in on a Sunday, late morning to order funeral flowers. There was a viewing that afternoon and funeral the next day at 1 pm. They said they could only get a planter, not a cut flower bouquet there before the next morning and I said that was fine. I was pleasantly surprised when the flowers were there that afternoon for the viewing! ...and now open on Sundays, how great is that?!!!

god awful. went into the store and was treated with major attitude and disrespect from the owner. condescending and unprofessional! not to mention a messy store, too. would highly NOT recommend!
