Wait times have increased significantly and it appears they only have one tech drawing blood at a time. The same tech was calling patients back and when he went on a break a different person started. However while sitting for the last approximate 35 minutes I seen 3 techs walking around. It took 30 minutes to be called back to the window just to provide my lab order, ID and insurance card. I've used this lab very often over the years and disappointed in today's visit. When i arrived at 0924 there were 4 people ahead of me. At 0953 still one ahead of me and 3 behind me.

They were very quick and efficient. I went in for my gestational diabetes test. They were helpful and attentive. I can't remember the woman's name who took my blood but she was fantastic. I would rather go here than to the other over crowded lab in the area.
