Nelson and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. From our initial meeting, I knew MD Deck builders was the right company because of the quick follow up and professionalism we received. It was easy to see the quality of what we were getting because Nelson had samples already. They took care of all HOA paperwork so that process was simple and easy. Once installation started, the team was on time each day and got it completed sooner than expected. The county inspector even commented on how great the quality was at the final inspection. We took our custom design and ideas for a three season room and open deck to several local Design and Build companies. Out of the 8 odd businesses we reached out to, Maryland Deck Builders provided us the best consultation experience. Nelson, in particular, spent a great deal of time understanding our requirements and ideas. He genuinely cared from the start and wanted to make sure our expectations were met. His proposed 3D rendering of our project was very detailed and captured our vision perfectly. Nelson and his crew were very professional, efficient and skilled on site. They tidied up the jobsite each day leaving no mess behind. Our project took longer to complete due to delay in materials and other hiccups, they had no control over. However, throughout the process, Nelson always kept us in the loop. His professionalism and communication set high benchmarks for other businesses to follow. We've got several compliments from our guests on the end result and enjoy hanging out on our new deck. Lee and his crew were fantastic . The quote was done via txt message and pricing was perfect for our budget. The crew worked hard and completed the work within 4 days and finished product looks excellent. Lee helped with the HOA form and handled the county permit . Extremely pleased with the quality, workmanship, and experience! Lee was very professional and a pleasure to work with on both our projects. They did an amazing job building our deck 3 years ago and just recently built our screened in gazebo. Lee's designs were exactly what we were imagining and couldn't be happier. He provided all necessary paperwork for our HOA, kept us informed throughout the project, and promptly answered all questions or concerns.
