Had to wait over 35 minutes for food. While waiting, two orders from the drive thru came in to complain that their order was messed up. Spoke to Justin the owner the following morning; he just gave me a customer service speech about serving quality food.  I explained to him it had nothing to do with serving quality food, and that it was his staff. He then thanked me for making him aware of the issue and basically walked away. Now I know why his employees act the same way.
