Nice masjid. We were driving back from NYC and we had to stop and pray. This masjid was pretty nice - decent parking space; wudu area was cold. Looks like it used to be a church before. But alhamdulillah... The restraining order against two individuals was funny though.

mashallah a nice masjid. the imaam is wonderful, as well as the the other volunteers and workers in the masjid. the youth are also great, and a lot of work is being done for them such as friday youth groups, there is a hifz madrasah as well, and a maktab system from 5-7 mon-thurs. i think the fact that the youth are active, and that alot of khidmat(service) of deen is being done for them, makes this masjid a wonderful place to raise a family. Thats probably all qualities you could ask for in a masjid; to come, pray and live a simple life.

A place of worship that helps your spirituality grow. A place where peace and Tranquility can be felt. loving welcoming people. Full time Hifz program for boys and Daily after school program for Mothers and children MashAllah!

This is my second year doing itikaaf at this mosque, and both times I have been blown away by the energy that goes onto making the experience possible. Everything from the amount of planning that went into making these 10 nights as comfortable as they are, to the amount of effort that go into preparing and serving the daily iftaars and sehris --- even the small things afterwards like making us iced coffee with whipped cream and chocolate syrup during the night --- to the amount of maintenance that goes into keeping the bathrooms sparkling and carpeting vacuumed and clean. Alhamdulillah, all because of people who volunteer their time fee sabeelillah. May Allah SWT reward them. As for outside of itikaaf: the imam of this masjid is extremely genuine, accessible, and easy to talk to. The staff and people who volunteer / frequent here are extremely hospitable and kind. The mosque itself is clean and beautiful, especially after recent renovations. And if the character of the kids are any indication of the schooling programs they have going on here, they are doing a great job. Keep up the great work.
