I have lived here for a while but recently moved. When Shari was here it was amazing. Alan was amazing. Now this place is a nightmare. Lying, unprofessional behavior, and bold rude behavior. Chad and Kenda have made this place bad.

By far the most toxic and chaotic work environment I have experienced EVER.  Breathtakingly poor, and uber-manipulative business "model," centered around 24/7 negativity and micromanagement from the very top of the "org" chart and daily pitting of equal colleagues against one another for their jobs.  Total indifference towards clear safety hazards onsite.  If you apply and don't end up falling into this horrendous nightmare of a position, be very very grateful.

My gf and I lived here for a few years. Over time not only was maintenance getting bad, but also the management. They would promise things and go back on the word. The new lady there is very rude also. Don’t rent here and if you do document everything.

Do not trust this company. Please trust me. I worked with the Dover branch to rent a home and they do NOT honor their words. I believe the mistake they made wasn't malicious at first, but it has become that way now that they refuse to correct their error. I do not understand how a business can operate that way. I'm usually not the "review" guy but they broke my family's heart unnecessarily and I wouldn't be able to feel good about myself if I didn't at least warn other people.

We lived in a Mason Equity Group apartment for 3 years, and it was the absolute best experience we've had in all our years of renting. The apartment itself was gorgeous, the grounds were well kept, and the rent was reasonable. The walls were thick which was a must for us in our first 3 years of parenthood. My toddler can throw a heck of a tantrum, and not one of my neighbors said they could hear her frequent vegetable protests. : We knew anytime we had a maintenance issue the Maintenance Supervisor, Alan, would take care of it promptly and studiously. Alan, you're a gift to all the tenants! And the Property Manager, Ashley, was always so friendly, accessible, and incredibly understanding. Ashley, you're a shining example of what a Property Manager should be! Thanks for the awesome memories!!!

I love Mason Equity group they are very friendly and I have not had a single problem with my apartment, which is AWESOME! Thanks SO MUCH to Rachel she is always so friendly and helpful any time I have a question. Thanks for the awesome living experience!!
