I would give this practice -5 stars if it were possible. When a patient comes in with a BROKEN bone to get a referral to a surgeon it should not take 5 days to complete the referral when it is an urgent situation. This practice did just that, and as a result said patient could not get in with the surgeon as he was going on vacation. After repeated phone calls, and stressing that we needed the referral sent immediately, nothing was done. If this is how patients are treated, this practice needs to be shut down.
