This may not be fair for the Doctors sake, because I did not see him. What I saw was a receptionist sat at her computer and pay little attention to the person in front of her. Standing with a white cane and dark glasses, for most people this is a sign of a vision problem. The the receptionist at this eye Doctors. Slap a former on a clip board say fill this out and turn away, no pen, no questions.( can you see this or do you help with this). Get a clue about the job you are doing. Customer service should be priority.
