AMAZING... Atmosphere, menu selection, choice of beers.  Extremely friendly and attentive staff!  Service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable considering the high-quality you receive.  This is our favorite local restaurant for that "special occasion" when you want to treat yourself and family to dining that is a "cut above".  The little inside market is a great touch as well!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The owner reached out to me and refunded my meal. I edited the stars accordingly. I do appreciate the owner's willingness to make amends. 

Original post:
I wish I could rate 0 stars. We asked the server basic questions and each time she had to check with her manager (amounted to about 6 back and forths before we could order).  One of my questions had to do with what was on the special, she got the ingredients wrong, and I asked for the sandwich without the bread and cheese.  I also asked for a side of green beans, another question because it was a broccoli and green bean mix, but she said she could just scoop out the green beans. 

When the food came, after a ridiculously long wait time, I received the full sandwich. I told them this wasn't what I ordered and the manager did not want to remake the meal for me. I told them that I was very clear up front and she had to go in the back. After coming back she said they could do it. Everyone finished their meal when I got mine out, it had the wrong items on it (the first waitress got the ingredients wrong), but I ate it anyway. I also reminded them of the vegetables I ordered. She went to the back and got the vegetables (that cost $4 because they wouldn't sub veggies for fries) and to my dismay there was 1 green bean in a cup filled with broccoli. I can't eat broccoli but based on their unwillingness to help earlier and the fact that it took hours to get what we had, I ate the one green bean. 

The service was awful and I am completely dissatisfied. I will not be back and neither will my family.

Love going here for lunch on the weekends. They have a variety of sandwiches and soups and the store is set up like and old general store...so cute! Upstairs they have additomnal seating and a room for events (showers, birthdays, etc.)

Great lunch options. Get "the spicy" for sure. Dinner was okay but they're working on it and the atmosphere and hospitality more than make up for it.
