I Love this Mass Trans. I used to have Liberty mutual insurance for 4 years I switched to Mass Transit I'm saving $130 every month on new car. Love the way works treat me even if I will walk in at the end of the day girls NEVER rush me out and always help with any questions they are just AWESOME

I asked Mass trans insurance to give me a quote, how much will cost me to buy a truckers policy from them. They called me back next day to let me know, they can't help me because they will not be taken new customers for the next 2 weeks because they are so busy. I know it's a lie, because when i was at mass trans basement office, it looked like no one was their. I highly recommend to stay away from this guys they are not professional at all. I can't even imagine what kind of help i would get from them when i really needed.

Phenomenal customer service . The girls were very helpful and understanding , explained everything thoroughly for me and deffinetly know what they're doing . Everything was done very fast neat and organized . 10/10 would recommend !
