They give a good massage, but want to sell you a subscription package. I guess if you don't have trouble with commitment it's not a bad idea. I am not the type to get a massage every month, so it's not for me.

I have been going to Massage Envy in Bellevue (off 20th) for ten years. I've only had one massage I didn't like (out of over 100). All the others have been great. Every massage therapist I've seen there has been extremely professional. I love it there. I purposely arrive early so I can sit in their "quiet room" and relax in the comfy chairs, with a warm neck-wrap. I think their membership plan is very fair and well-priced. If I ever plan to cancel, I'll just follow whatever their policy is.

Some really great therapists. Turn over seems to be high, but maybe that's my imagination. Easy to book appointments, not so easy to place a membership on hold.

Just like any Massage Envy, there are a variety of massage therapists here. I've tried a handful of them with very different experiences. My favorite so far is Deb, I like a deep sport massage, but not one that leaves me wincing and unable to relax. She is so intuitive! Unfortunately she recently cut her hours...my back is sad. I always have a very comfortable experience here, clean, warm, relaxing and inviting. The front desk is very nice and helpful. I always fall a little into the post-massage euphoria and end up signing up for another 6 months (yep, you can do that! just have to ask) and put an automatic end at that point. You can freeze anytime. I'm not sure I'll sign up again now that Deb is unavailable, I haven't found anyone as good! My advice is to always try different therapists, be honest if their pressure is too much or too little, they don't care, they just want you to enjoy it! That helps everyone have a better experience. Oh, and foot scrubs are always a good idea.
