The Carlsbad site is horrible! The customer service was great until I opted to canx my account. They continued to bill me and currently are still billing me and the account was closed in person in July with an assist manager Ivonne. When I called back to inquire, they said she no longer worked there and I had to call another Dept called concierge. She called one time and now that I have called her back, there is no response. It's funny that now I need to be credited and canx they can no longer handle
In store. We are military members who pride ourselves on honor and this was disappointing. We will be reporting them to the base list as well.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. It was the worse experience ever. Will never do business with this place ever again. Each month, Massage Envy would call to remind me about the new charge, which was a nice. When I knew my contract was coming to an end, I kept asking them do I need to do anything to cancel my membership as I do not want to renew. Each and every time the answer was no. To my surprise, I was getting charged after my membership was over and at a higher dollar amount. This place is a total scam. They continued to charge my credit card after my year end contract was over. Since I had about 4 unused massages I wanted to get a couples massage with my husband.  I was told that it would cost me an additional 10.00, but actually they charged me 60.00 and of course they did not have any records on file for this charge.
