Let's just say, I they called me and offered me a free massage, I would decline so that I wouldn't waste my time again. I told them during my "consultation" I worked out hard and needed a deep tissue massage to break apart the tension. I wrote it on my questionnaire, told the front desk, and the massage therapist. I couldn't feel a thing the entire time after repeatedly asking for more pressure. I asked for 10/10, and received a 3 at best. After I gave my in person review, the front desk proceeds to tell me she figured I wouldn't be happy with them because of previously complaints with lack of pressure. I have no idea why they would give an introductory massage so poorly and admit how they couldn't do what I was asking during massage and how I should request someone who does deeper massages. I REQUESTED that on paper and during consultation.  
I'll never go back.

Clean, comfortable atmosphere, but with a huge emphasis on trying to "upsell" customers on products. The length of time you pay for also does not match the actual massage time you receive. They tell you upfront that they subtract a total of 10 minutes for dressing and undressing, but in actuality, you have to factor in waiting, and forms, and sales pitches-- all of which goes against time you're paying for. I ended up losing over 20+ minutes of table time. I paid for an hour and ended up with a 28 minute massage (some of which was my fault). The masseuse was polite, but the work was done in a rushed and mechanical fashion-- like an assembly line. The rest of the staff is nice in a distant "professional" manner, but they seemed less than interested in my concerns. I have had many massages at different places and this is the first time I've ever had to complain. I spent over $110 and an hour of my time to relax, but ended up more stressed out and tense than when I arrived. It was not my first visit, but it will probably be my last.

Rachel was absolutely AMAZING ! I asked for medium to deep pressure and got so much relief for my extremely sore shoulders, neck, and back in just 50 minutes. The place is very clean and the lady at the front counter made sure I knew what to expect.

I bought my wife a gift card(which I added gratuity to so she needn't worry about a thing), and they still charged her another $16 to which she then had to add gratuity anyway. Combined with what she called "immense sales pressure" once the session was over, I'm not pleased whatsoever.
