Ill admit, there have been a lot of staffing changes at this location and I have been shuffled around a lot.  BUT, I now go to Michelle and she is WONDERFUL.  Love this place.  Always treated w respect and always a good massage w Michelle.  You must book ahead though, bring your calendar to get the days and times you want.  Go to MICHELLE. Actually don't, because then I wont be able to schedule w her.

Massage and massage therapist were really nice. Front counter staff were horrible. Completely rude. They asked us to reschedule our appt from Saturday to Friday because they had someone quit. We did that, I told them we would be cutting it close due to work but we'd try to take off early. I got there 5 til massage time and got nothing but attitude about being late and my bf not being there. I explained I understood that would cut into our massage time and that's okay since our fault we're late. They tried to talk me out of the couple room which was the whole point of the massage. Afterwards we went to leave tips as the massage was covered through 2 transferred massages. They tried to charge us and I explained the massages were transferred. They then said an hour was transferred to me but only a half hour to my bf. They realized it was an employee error and transferred the other half hour but still made us pay $10 for the transfer fee even though $10 was paid when it was incorrectly transferred. By the end I left more stressed than when I arrived. We agreed we'd never go back there and will drive to Cincy to go to Mitchell's from now on

Regular Massage is important and Massage Envy Florence makes it easy to keep up with regular Massage appointments. The staff is friendly, and the therapist have healing hands!
