I went for a 90-minute deep tissue massage focusing on shoulders and back.  I didn't get the masseuse I booked.  The one I got spent less than 10 minutes total on my shoulders - even after telling him several times the shoulders should be the focus and telling him where the knotted shoulder muscles were.  The bulk of the massage was mid-back at my waist, where there was no tension at all - and certainly didn't warrant the elbows into soft tissue.  He was also unable to keep consistent pressure during the back massage and then over compensated on the arms.  An experienced masseuse can feel the difference between spasmed muscles and relaxed and adjusts pressure appropriately - that was not the case.  I left with still-tense and knotted shoulders, but with two new very sore spots just below my ribs along my spine from having an elbow ground in to soft tissue.

The front desk staff is polite & the massage therapists are amazing. I’ve had two incredible massages with great results.

My wife got me a gift card for my birthday and I've never gotten a massage before. I saw Chistopher there, and it was amazing! The staff there was very professional and made me feel very welcome. As soon as I got in the room Christopher made me feel very comfortable, as it was my first massage ever, and was also very professional. I would highly recommend going to this location, and also seeing Christopher if you can.
