An attempted new customer that has twice needed to reschedule my appointment due to last minute commitments. I was told that I was going to have to pay for an entire session because of this. I'm sorry but on a first time visit where I've yet to receive any service nor sign any agreement with your company I'm not paying for a rescheduled appointment. I only scheduled with you in the first place because I was bought a gift card. (They've got their money one way or another) I've never been one to go to a stand-alone massage studio but rather one of the therapists that is with my chiropractor. After this experience I won't be coming back to this place. I only wish my gift giver's gift wasn't going to completely go to waste now. This is one more reason why gift cards for "services" are a terrible idea.

I have had all good experiences with the people at Massage Envy Mayfair (Milwaukee area). The receptionists and managers have always been helpful. Jaylynn is a sweet, helpful person who helps with my scheduling. Maurice is an excellent masseur. I need someone with strong hands to break muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder blades and he is the only one I have ever had who has succeeded. Treat yourself and get a 1 1/2 hour massage with Maurice - you will not regret it!

Absolutely awesome. I was leery of going to a chain place and I think their membership program is kind of weird, but I had a gift certificate. Teira was EXCELLENT. I needed a therapeutic massage for a hip injury and the work she did with assisted stretching was amazing. Firm pressure, totally custom massage for my needs, and extremely efficient. She did so much great work on my body in only 60 min. Will be back. Thank you!

I called yesterday and I was pleased that they were able to book me for what I thought was to be 90 minutes for the next day. The woman told me my session was complete and I got up and looked at the clock and it has only been 1 hr. I left feeling as though I had not had my back really worked on. She focused on my thighs ,legs and arms more than anything when my main focus was for my back in general...so much for this being for my birthday massage. All they could say was they wanted to reschedule me for the remaining time. No thank you. Waste of money in my eyes.
