I have had many massages at many different spas.  I had my first massage at the Mechanicsville location of Massage Envy.  My therapist was Dana Washington.  She is absolutely awesome and I will go back.. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders.  She did a fabulous job of deep tissue massage and completely alleviated the discomfort I was experiencing.  Thank you Dana! The front staff is very welcoming as well.

No complaints. Staff is friendly and I love the free mints. I wish they had their own parking lot. It's hard to find parking at times

My rating is for the front desk staff! Brandi, Rachel, and Jessica have all been amazing. They are professional, courteous, and prompt. I would definitely say that their customer service has been above and beyond.

I have been a member for about 2 yrs. I have always found the front staff as well as therapists to be professional, helpful and accommodating. I especially like Logan at the front desk and Leah for a massage.
