BEWARE - THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!  I signed up for a 6 month contract and cancelled it at the end of the 6 months since I was moving 180 miles away with no local ME franchise.  I followed the instructions in the contract for cancellation & was contacted by an employee soon after.  I explained that there was no ME where I was moving & to please cancel.  I was assured that it had been cancelled. Then, I get charged another monthly fee.  I call to fix this and am told that they know nothing about the cancellation & that I have to cancel in person because anyone could email from my email address to a specific email for cancellations.  Yeah, that's what computer viruses & hackers do.  Luckily, AmEx is cancelling this charge and will not allow any additional charges to go through.  Also submitting a complaint with BBB.

i have called twice to schedule an appointment for services that were purchased for me and both times I have spoken with the same person, whose customer services is horrendous.  I can't even bring myself to get walk in the door I am so turned off after speaking with him.  Xavier, I think he mumbled.  He seems to have no knowledge of the services offered, he asks no leading questions, he mumbles and leaves long pauses, gives no information and every other word is um.  I will be trying Massage Envy but I will be doing so at another location.  Working in a customer service field myself I know that the telephone is the first impression and so far I have not been impressed.  I hope I can edit this review at a later day.

Best massage I've had to date.  Usually I ask for a deep massage, and last time to much pressure was applied to my neck and it hurt afterwards.  This time I was feeling great going in and just asked for a medium massage, it left me feeling fantastic!   Felt so good and relaxed when I left look, forward to going back.

This was the most lackluster massage I've ever gotten. I asked for deep pressure but I could barely feel it. I could rub lotion on myself for the same benefit, cause that's all it was pretty much. Don't get the sugar foot scrub either - it was scratchy and irritating. At the end, like most other people have commented, they were pushy with their membership. I didn't leave a tip and I won't be going back.

I made an appointment they called and confirmed it the day before I showed up on time only to be told my appointment was cancelled!
