Great massage and a quiet place

I have had a membership and have been getting massages here for over a year. The massage therapists have all been wonderful, they listen to what you want and are great at what they do. I can't complain about the massages I received. And I have nothing negative to say about the time I had my membership. I never had any problems until I decided to cancel my membership. I called to cancel it in October of 2015, I was told the only person who could cancel a membership is Jeff, the manager. So after a few calls, I finally managed to get ahold of him. He talked me into putting my account on hold for 6 months. He made some valid points, while I may not be able to afford it right now, my financial situation could change in 6 months and it would be a shame to loose the couple of hours that I had acquired. So I agreed. Fast forward to 5 1/2 months later, I decide I really can't afford it and I need to cancel it. I call back approximately 3-4 times, leave a couple messages for Jeff that do not receive a return call. I finally get ahold of him. He seemed to be very helpful, he told me my account was canceled, I wouldn't be charged anymore. This was on February 29, 2016. March came and went, no charges. I thought everything was great. Then April comes and I notice I have been billed for my membership. I call Jeff and he has no recollection of talking to me but assured me he will cancel my membership and refund my money. I received written confirmation that my account has been canceled and the charges reversed. If I were reviewing the service I received from the front desk and massage therapists, I would have given 5 stars. But the hassle that I have experienced with Jeff and canceling my membership has not been worth the grief and it's why I only gave 1 star.

I have been a member of Massage envy for 3 years. I love this place. It is very close to my home which is a plus and I have never had a bad experience there. Even when there was a misunderstanding with my account they made sure to figure it out very quickly. The only thing is that every time I find a massage therapist I like they either transfer or continue their career elsewhere. However, I have never had a bad massage and there is always someone else I could see. I would definitely recommend.

Staff is great and facility clean. Prices are much too high.

Accommodating, relaxing. Lots of massueses to choose from depending on your preferences. The monthly massages are well worth it.
