Franchise owner is rude and stubborn. Anything to save money. I have reported issues that affect the experience a number of times but they have not been fixed. Glitches in their MP3 music, speakers that vibrate in their housings, the spa being freezing cold with no staff access to keys, etc. Unfortunately things are not changing and we went for a refund request to corporate.

My significant other purchased a gift certificate for me for Father's Day in June 2016. I experienced the worst service ever. This was not the first time so we felt we should share it the second time around. We both agree that we will NEVER go to MASSAGE ENVY because of the Sierra location in Canyon Country. When I walked in for my massage and facial there were 4 ladies just talking at the counter and not one person said may I help you. Then I had to hear the massage person state "she didn't have to do a full body massage because she had to pick up her son". When we complaint to the Salon Manager she was just trying to sell more services and was not obviously concerned of their poor service.

They are so rude here. Manager is just a bitter young man. I can't believe he still has a job here with his attitude. I'm pretty sure he hates all women. Talking to him is equivalent to talking to a snotty teenager.

I was never really into the membership style business practices nor was I a regular massage goer. If I did go I always just wanted to pay as I go. However, my wife thought we should give it a try because of the very fair and affordable introductory rate. I was so impressed with the facilities cleanliness and energetic vibe that it had and then found that my massage was very pleasant and therapeutic. I decided to sign up and they were very clear and straight forward about the financial options and I appreciated the upfront honesty. It turns out that not only do I go for my monthly massage, I even pay for additional services each month and try to get massaged twice per month because as a Chiropractor it keeps my muscles balanced and its great with stress reduction. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys professional, awesome service with great affordable results!
