The staff is always friendly and very helpful! My massages are always amazing!

Have tried to get a hold of a manger for days. Also there seems to be a lot of turn over with the therapists and receptionists.

Shannon is a terrible manager.
Customer service leaves much to be desired. 
Massage was substandard.

Fantastic. Hubby & I always enjoy our experiences at massage envy. Front desk gals very pleasant and helpful. Caroline,Lisa,Angie,& Mandy are all wonderful!!
