EDIT: I will leave my original post because I want everyone to see what happened and how Massage Engy made it right. After my receive I received a very kind email from their owner showing they are a good business and wanting to help their customers. I then had a massage with Cheryl and it was wonderful. She was wonderful to me and a fantastic massage therapist. I will definitely be back and hopefully seeing Cheryl again when her schedule opens up. Thank you Massage Envy! The office staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the rest of the visit was terrible. I was out in the "tranquility room" which was calming music with some chairs but four other women were in there, three arguing with each other (I think related) then the other on her phone loudly. One of the women apologized to me. Then when I was brought into the massage room my therapist asked me questions that I clearly spent time getting there early to answer on the paperwork. Then she asked what intensity and I said maybe medium but preferably deep. She immediately said "no I won't do deep on you, you don't get massages enough to have that." That turned me off quick. Then she left for me to change and arrived 15min later. She apologized and said even though she was late I would receive the full hour. Nope, she ended 15min early. And the massage, a body rub. No concentration on one area when I asked specifically for a therapeutic massage concentrating on my shoulders. Then I left with oil all in my hair when she didn't even touch my head. This was a present from my deployed husband and I left crying because I felt so bad he spent the money for this. I do think there are great therapists there, I unfortunately didn't experience one.

Had a great experience from start to finish. The ladies at the counter we're very friendly and professional. My husband and I went in for a couples massage which they graciously scheduled an appointment for. Our therapists were Ashley and Leslie. Leslie had the arduous task of tackling my back, let me just say she was an angel with magical hands. My back has been in pain for a few months now since starting work in a warehouse. I have not had so much relief since before I started my job. My husbands therapist Ashley was superb. My husband had a previous back injury forcing him to get surgery and is now in chronic pain. He stated that Ashley was amazing above and beyond and really helped with his pain and muscle relaxion. Both of our therapists were extremely focused and attentive to problem areas and found more knots then we knew we had. They were patient and experts in their field and I DEFINITELY refer both of them. We both had a fantastic experience and look forward to returning! Thank you!

Been going to Massage Envy Spa since moving from California. Little spoiled in my experiences coming from the West as my former spa (not high end by any stretch) offered tea, chocolates, robes and slippers. Having said that, I was a little bummed that Massage Envy felt more like a salon, had more of a business front, not as relaxed, but it does get the job done. I purchased a 3 month membership to try Massage Envy. I made it clear that once the three month membership expired to move me to month to month as long as I'm happy with the service. They said sure, not a problem. No need to mention anything unless I'm not happy, then it would go month to month. Well, that time rolled around and I was billed for another 3 month membership. It kind of put me in a jam. Rather than paying for just a month, I paid for 3 in advance. My wallet wasn't really prepared for that, but they did get it straightened out. Be aware, pay attention, it could happen. In the beginning, I tried several therapists. Wasn't real please, then I booked with Sheryl. She was one of the best therapists I've ever had.(even in SoCal) My last visit, I booked three months with Sheryl and got a call that she had left. I was about ready to cancel but thought I'd give them another shot with a couple new therapists over the next few months. More to come. In a nutshell, massages are decent for the most part, billing issues have happened on several occasions, ok service, you get what you pay for, add-on's such as foot scrubs, essential oils (again, my previous spa just provided this) are available. Massage Envy is worth a try if you're needing a no fuss massage.

The staff was skilled, thorough, and helpful. We felt divide afterward, and the couples massage was perfect.
