I Would Not Recommend this place for business. Last appointment at this facility my employer at the time had purchased a 90 minute session which was nice while it lasted. When it was time to leave, I notified the receptionist my session was indeed paid by my employer at the time (stated her name and they made me fill out a form too in regards to any referrals etc) yet charged me $115 anyways. I paid a $25 tip on top  which was fine until I let my employer know I had paid at the desk. She was furious and inquired about a return/reimbursement which was explained had to go through corporate due to the voucher being purchased at another store. There were tons of miscommunication going on here and the staff was polite but unapologetic of the time spent trying to resolve this issue. It's been over 10 months now and issue still has Not been resolved nor was there any mention of assistance until I reached out via email and by  voicemail multiple times. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the way Message Envy handled this situation. I will be reporting to the BBB for the ignorance of this company in not prioritizing needs of paying customers. $100 may not be a lot of money but that is $100.00 I could have saved in my bank or spent on another session, unfortunately neither is possible at this point. My appointment was back in September 2017, they said a check was sent by Dec 2017. Very frustrating and at the time very difficult to get any resolve. Hope this helps anyone deciding to purchase for someone else- there are/will be discrepancies when not purchased from same location as appointment.

Awful customer service. Manager would not respond to complaint. A schedule an appointment for my daughter online when she arrived she was told there was no appointment for her that when you schedule the appointment online it's not actually an appointment so they schedule her an appointment for the next day and took her credit card information she's young and had no idea what to expect. They schedule her for the next day in the afternoon in between her work shift I told her not to do that because after massage she should relax. She didn't make the appointment they charge her credit card $50 canceled her appointment. I tried to talk to the manager because I had bad experiences with this company before and was hoping that we could figure something out so that she could still get her massage, the manager never responded the person at the desk was nasty I had worse experiences with this place before where the guy massaging me was blowinghis nose on the sheet that I was laying on as he was giving me a dry massage burning up my skin I would never recommend massage envy for anyone. This definitely is one of the worst locations I've ever encountered. Ripped off!!!!

Called, but nobody would pick up the phone. Requested an appointment online but I have never received any response. Went to the Agoura Hills place instead.

Unethical, fraudulent charges, bad customer service. Go to the Northridge location instead.

THIS PLACE SUCKS AND THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.  They charged my bank account $700 even though I canceled my membership and have not been in for services since 2016.  I talked to Melissa and Heidi the managers who are useless and cannot do anything.
