I go in to schedule a massage & they have a hand written sign that says "Back in 10". So I wait EXACTLY 25 mins & no ones shows up. I can even hear people in the back room talking. I'll never know how the massages are, HORRIBLE customer service!

I've gone here twice now, both times for an hour long massage. I got there about 10-15 mins before my appointment, and both times did not get into the massage room until 10 minutes after my scheduled time. And the massage did not start until 15 minutes into my hour. So my massage started at 215, and although the massage was good and I have no complaints about that, it ended a few minutes before 3 pm. I am not sure if all hour long massages are only 45 minutes in length, but that is really my only complaint

Soooooo bad don't get your massage here go somewhere else. Not worth a penny trust the reviews.

I will never use Garfield again. They do not get what appointment time means and they were told that we would pay cash and they added it to credit card

This place is terrible they lied to me and took my money now the manger dose not wanna get on the phone neither dose she want to call me back their advertising is a lie as well !!!
