Easily the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. EVER. Called about a simple issue (my credit card being billed twice) and she hung up on me twice. I had to call Massage Heights corporate office who apologized and confirmed similar complaints from this office. I've been four times and every time I'd returned my previous massage therapist would "No longer be with the company". I now understand why that is. I'll never return as I can take the high turnover but hanging up the phone on a customer twice due to an issues on their end is totally unacceptable.

I cannot begin to describe how horrible the customer service is with this location. Although the new owner is trying her best, the corporate policies of Massage Heights as well as the staff at this location, try to make it impossible to cancel a membership. The terms that I signed did not clearly state what was needed to cancel my membership and after repeated attempts to cancel via phone, the staff continued to tell me I had to cancel in-person (even though that was impossible since I moved out of state). All-in-all, they will end up taking nearly $300 of my money even after I explained the situation. Therefore, despite being a loyal and on-time paying customer for over 18 months (and potentially one again in the future, should one come to my new home) they’ve refused to refund my money. I would vehemently recommend NOT becoming a member of ANY Massage Heights unless you know exactly what it takes to cancel a membership. In the day and age when most companies are trying to separate themselves with flexibility and customer service excellence, this corporate policy is stuck in the dark ages. I would recommend going to Massage Envy or another place that provides excellent services, customer care and flexibility on memberships. Massage Heights could have had an advocate in me, but now they will see this review in multiple places.

JASMINE the skin care expert is awesome! She always makes me feel comfortable and always listens to my concerns and helps address them with the utmost attention and care. She recommends great products and services but is NEVER pushy (which makes me super uncomfortable with other places i have tried). I have never had a skin care specialist pay so much attention to detail. Excellent service.

Okay, so I want to start off by saying STAY AWAY FROM THIS RETREAT! I worked here for a month & it was the most horrific place I have ever worked. Do not fall in the trap for signing up for a membership because they will take your money with out your authorization or they will lie to you in order to get their monthly sales. The manager & owner at this location (North Druid Hills) are very unprofessional & lack communication. They lie to their employees & belittle them just because they are "management". I have witnessed with my own eyes the owner lie to a client just so she wouldn't look bad. She also has bad timing! What owner you know "forgets" to put in payroll on time. Checks are being deposited late frequently. THAT'S JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this retreat & pay your hard earned money to someone who is such a careless, deceiving, manipulative, untrustworthy person.
