I had my first experience at Massage Indy today and everyone was very kind and friendly. It had a very laid back atmosphere and made me feel relaxed. My therapist, Shannon took notes about the various problem areas I had and was very attentive during the massage to make sure she wasn't applying too much or not enough pressure. The massage was great and very restorative. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I told my wife about the chair massages they also have. She wants to try them asap. They look amazing. They are zero gravity and look like you could get lost in them! Prices are great, and they have a few different methods to keep prices low for the customer. (pricing plans) The owner explained all the plans in a no pressure kind of way. Other places I've been before sometimes really try to oversell in an obnoxious way. That wasn't the case here. I'll most definitely be back and would recommend.

Both times I have gotten a massage from here, it has been a wonderful tranquil experience! I had a two hour deep tissue massage one of those times and it was amazing! I have never felt more relaxed! They also have the self service spa next door with a suana that is perfect for soothing sore muscle or pre workout relaxation. I highly recommend checking it out!

It was amazing ! My fiancé' and I did the chairs and let me tell ya it was fantastic ! We will definitely be back !!!!!

Very casual. Not a spa-like atmosphere. The actual massage is pretty good, but the staff could stand to work on their customer experience.
