I received a gift card for my birthday to go here. I was put in a room on the first floor next to the "front desk" area. I had the noisiest window air conditioning rumbling and vibrating the entire duration of my massage. Not very relaxing. I could also hear every footstep due to the squeaky wood floors. I specifically asked the therapist to target my lower back since I have chronic lumbar pain. When in reality she spent a majority of the time on my shoulders and claimed they needed it more. After the massage the front desk clerk was very pushy on having me reschedule. I ended up rescheduling just so I could get the heck out of there. When it came time for the appointment a text was sent out as a confirmation. I responded stating I was unable to attend. 4 days later I end up with a bill for $120 stating they have the right to reserve my credit card information and charge me for my missed appointment. Yeah no I'll never be returning here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever!!

They do such an amazing job. Very professional and clean! Sara is an amazing massage therapist. I highly recommend her. She did wonders for me.

Love this business, the massages are incredible!  I've had massages from Donna and Christopher.  I routinely have chiropractic adjustments for neck and back pain, but an hour long massage loosens my muscles so I can bend, and flex like I hadn't been able to in recent years.  Plus it is soooo relaxing!  Nothing like a changed attitude at the end of a busy week.  The environment is very clean, nicely appointed and they are always professional.  Just had my 3rd appointment with Chris.  Can't wait until my next appointment!

Donna has a great staff. Thank you Kate, will most definitely be back again soon. The massage is a great thing to do just before a chiropractic appointment! The facility there is very nice and the people are friendly and professional. I have a birthday coming up soon and a gift certificate to massage on main would be an excellent idea!
