Huge sports bar. Not usually a wait for seating. Expanded menu than I remember.. Lots of TVs for just about any event. Quick service and not usually waiting long time for food to arrive.

I visited the Grove City location for the lunch (pizza) buffet, I had tried the buffet a few weeks ago and was disappointed with the selection and quality of the food, but I decided to give Masseys another shot. Big mistake. I walked into the restaurant around 12:30. I took a seat at the bar, after ordering my drink I headed over the food tables...no pizza. So I had a small salad and a bowl of pasta...after finishing the salad and pasta...still no pizza. After another 5 minutes of waiting and still no food coming out of the kitchen, I ask for my check and left. I was at the restaurant for 15-20 minutes and not one pizza was brought out to the PIZZA Buffet.

The food was good, but I think the wings could have been cooked a wee bit longer. I had a few super sized drumsticks that weren't cooked all the way through, so there was some pink/red toward the bone. Other than that things were cool. I've eaten at this company before and the people are always really friendly.

Worst service I've ever had. We had to get our own refills slammed our plates down waited 45 minutes for pizza we ordered 30 minutes before we got there. We will never go back and will definitely spread the word about how bad it was.

I do not know what kind of operation they are running in grove city but when I ordered a bud light bucket which was advertised as 5 for $10 they had no problem bringing us the bucket. But when it came to the check they charged us $15 dollars per bucket. The GM came out , would not give us his name and proceeded to give us the run around. Not only was our waiter not present but we ended up paying over $30 what we had initially assumed our bill would be. We had gone to this establishment before and had thoroughly enjoyed ourselves but as a waitress had informed us when we were seated, that there was a new G M and that things were not copacetic. I am so frustrated and annoyed by the way we were treated that I will never again recommend this establishment for anything. I have been a long time Massseya customer but never more!
