Useless tell the people that you have never been late on rent you keep everything clean but they say thats what everyone tells us well it's the truth no drugs no drinking many drs.appointments children with medical problems UVA childrens hospital trips i can't do stairs much longer and the father has medical problems we have no family to help and really no friends we pretty much stick to ourselves and we have helped so many but why can't anyone help us

As a current resident I can personally say this is the shitiest place you could ever live in: the trailers aren't cared for, any problems you have won't be fixed and you will even be threatened with eviction for mentioning that there is a problem, Jim Massie is a good for nothing lazy scum lord that is ill tempered and short fused. The morning of the day I write this the power went out in our kitchen and we can't get anything in there to work not even the fridge which has over $200 worth of food in it, we called when it happened and it's almost ten and he's still not here to fix it when he said on the phone and I quote "I'll be there in a few minutes"
