Tradition is timeless with an artisan master of shoe repair. Advances in technology and design have carved a path that often challenges a Master Cobbler. A true master must allow creativity to flourish in order for it to remain a beloved art and timeless craft as long as we walk the earth.

We are an authorized Birkenstock Repair, Maintenance and Sales Center. We also offer Birkie's and Papillio also shoes by Birkenstock.

SHOE REPAIR
We also repair and maintain all shoes, boots, sandals, purses, belts and anything made of leather or other materials.

Honestly, all you need to do is read some of the reviews about this place to realize the service is terrible. I have never felt so disrespected by a shop keeper in my entire life. I walked in and he instantly gave me a bad look, I proceeded to walk up and ask him nicely how much he charges for fixing soles on boots. He, very rudely, said, "How the hell am I suppose to know if I can't see them". I was a little shocked and said that I have never had shoes fixed before so I wasn't sure how it worked. He said, "What the hell.. bring the damn shoes in and THEN I could give you a quote." he shook his head and walked into the back.... Needless to say, I did not bring my shoes back their. Take your business somewhere else, he is so rude.

Is it possible to give "minus" numbers? If I can, I most certainly do! Rude, arrogant? Oh, yes! He told me to "Stop talking!" right in front of other customers. I hadn't explained the problem with my purse! I'm surprised he's in business.

This is a tough. Mother owner is rude and almost abusive. BUT he does good work. The half soles he put on have lasted for years. I took a new pair of boots elsewhere and they came off five times. If you can get by the personality and mark your boots, so you get the right pair back, you'll probably be satisfied. If you are expecting the Apple Store treatment you will be disappointed.
