If you're like me, then you probably care a lot about the honesty of your mechanic and you read a lot of reviews before you take your car somewhere to be serviced. I thought after reading the reviews here on google that Master Muffler would be a trustworthy company and that they would be able to help me get off my oil pan drain plug that had been slightly rounded off. When I called and asked the mechanic if it was something that they could do, they said that they would try and it would cost somewhere between $40 and $50. I took the car over at about 2pm and they said that they were really busy, but they would try to fit me in before the end of the day and told me that they would call me when they looked at it and if it was something they felt like they could do. I left and got a call just before 4pm and they said that they had finished the job and it was ready to pickup. Less than 2 hours had passed from the time I dropped it off and when I picked it up, and they charged me a service fee of $90... If they were busy, they wouldn't have likely had a chance to get started on it right away, and likely would have only worked on it for an hour max. Most places charge around $50/hour for maintenance, and they charged me $90 for what I believe to be an hour. I would not recommend this place. They were dishonest and didn't call before they started the work, and they charged an extremely high price for the amount of time they worked on it. I also felt like they were pretty careless, because after the drain was taken off, I asked them to change the oil and filter with the oil and filter that I had, and they left the oil cap off and when I got home and checked my oil to see if it was filled up all the way, I found it resting on top of my coolant reservoir.

These guys are pretty good and really nice. I took my truck in with a problem, they found another problem, and didn't fix the one I took it in for. However, they are local and fast with their work.

Came in to repair an after market exhaust system that rusted out. Jay and Ty showed me a magnaflow with lifetime warranty and hooked me up. Very nice shop ill be back next week for safety/emissions on another vehicle .

Awesome service, no charges for pre vehicle purchase inspections. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have been using these guys for a few years for all of my service and maintenance work. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are always fair and honest (something hard to find these days). They have never recommended unnecessary work and always try to educate me on the work they did.
