If I could give a "zero" I would!  
On MORE than one occasion have been there for a MINOR repairs due to our "usual place" being closed or busy... only to be told there were FAR MORE things needed... padding the bill to the max... 
Went in for pads & shoes- tried to convince me the whole system was shot. I knew better because "my car guy" had already checked everything... he just didn't have the time right then.
 I hear this from women ALL OVER TOWN! 
Don't go in without knowing exactly what is wrong or without a guy...or they WILL rip you off!

Absolutely love this place. The quality of work is the best you will ever find. And there is no other shop that can do classic cars and exhaust like this in the world. Customer care is the spot on just like the service. Have been going here for 20 years and look forward to many more.

They were polite however I was disappointed that they couldn't pinpoint the problem with my PT cruiser. Lack of knowledge or maybe not their fault.
