How can a business be expensive and then have bad customer service? 1.95 Dry Cleaners here I come.

About a month ago I dropped off a number of items to be dry cleaned. When I got the items back, one of my suit jackets had been mangled. It appears they threw it in the washing machine and then into the dryer, on hot, as it has shrank. The collar is jacked up and wrinkled, as are the cuffs. This wouldn't be such a bad thing, but I reached out to the company for solutions and, after 3 weeks of waiting, they have yet to try and contact me.
