We’ve been looking at spas for about a year on line it was very confusing, I ran across an ad on line for a spa sale at the State Fair grounds. When we arrived we meet Tom from Master Spas he was very helpful and we liked what we saw so we bought a Clarity Balance 7, he gave us a good deal. It’s what happened after that surprised me, he told us it would be delivered on that Sunday or Monday and on Monday I received a call giving me the time they would be there to deliver the spa, they showed up on time was very careful not to ruin my lawn as I needed to go down a hill around back. They set it right where we wanted it and made sure we were happy with it. Now the problem they didn’t have the startup kit so I got on the phone and called Tom on the cell phone number he gave us, he answered right away I told him what happened he said not to worry he would send it UPS he called later and gave me the tracking number, they delivered it I filled the spa that night and we enjoyed it the next night. Thanks Tom!

Very, very poor customer service. Had a hot tub delivered in December, the install guys broke two of the side panels and we've literally been calling them ever since to try and get them repaired. There has been exactly zero follow up from their side - guess they're hoping we'll just forget about it. Every time I call they act like it's the first time I'm calling so I have to explain EVERYTHING every single time i call. Will update the review if this ever gets resolved but as of now we are very dissatisfied with our purchase and I regret doing business with Master Spa.

Bought a hot tub at one of there shows.....hasn't worked since they delivered it and now they won't stand behind it!! Don't ever buy from these guys!! Can't even get a return phone call......see you in court!!

I purchased my hot tub last April. In November, I called for a service man to come and look at my hot tub because the pumps were running louder than normal. The service man took out my eco filter and told me there was a piece missing on the bottom of the filter and it might have got in the jet. At the time he looked at the filter, the bottom white portion of the eco filter had separated from the rest of the filter and was still in the hot tub. (I found this out after he had left, and I paid $60 for a service call for him to tell me a piece broke). He didn’t even know it broke off. I ordered a new filter and requested from the general manager , Tom Boley, that I be reimbursed for my filter since the other one came apart. Tom told me if I brought it in he would replace it. Since I live 75 miles away I told him I could not bring it in. I sent pictures to him however at his request. He replied back to my email sending me a video showing me that the eco filters should not be screwed in tightly in the hole because the pressure makes them tighter and they can break apart. He did not offer any other type of reimbursement. I emailed him again requesting a refund on the filter since it obviously has a defect if it has a known problem of breaking apart at the bottom. I also requested a refund for the service call since the service man did not even fix my problem or know the filter was broke on the bottom. After no reply to my email after a week and a half, I requested a reply to my email. Tom, the general manager, told me if I brought in the old filter he would replace it for me. I told him I had since thrown it away but thought the pictures I sent him would have been sufficient. I also reminded him I live near Madison and it would be unreasonable to have to drive to Waukesha. I did not get a response to this email either. Needless to say the customer service by the general manager in Waukesha is very disappointing. How hard would it have been to give a credit on my account to reimburse me for the filter. I will also be contacting the company. Perhaps someone else can learn from my issue and know not to screw in the eco filter too tight or it will come apart, since no one tells you this when you buy the hot tub.

Needed help programming my tub and the filter cycles. They walked me through how to get it set up and they are always very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
