Yet another fabulous job by MasterCare Flooring! MasterCare refinished the hardwood floors in our first house many years ago and did a fantastic job. In our new home, the floors were too damaged to be salvaged, so a total replacement was needed. John at MasterCare was INCREDIBLY PATIENT with me as I searched for just the right flooring - and then he found it for me and I couldn't be happier! Our walnut floors were installed last November, and we love them so much that we had the same flooring installed in our upstairs office last week. MasterCare is fantastic to work with -from start to finish! John in sales is fantastic, the installation team is amazing, and we are delighted with the outcome. Thanks so much, MasterCare!

I have worked with Master Care Floors both as a client and a sub contractor. They are top notch in every aspect. I know numerous friends and family who have used Master Care Floors and all have been thrilled with their work. I couldn't possibly say enough positive things about them, and highly recommend them to everyone. I wouldn't use anyone else for my wood floor needs. Everyone, from the owners, Russ and Lou, to John, the salesman and their office staff and work crews have all been exceptional to work with.

I've had exceptional experience with MasterCare. They are not only experts in installing and caring for floors, they take the time to educate their clients on the process. We have had nothing but great service from MasterCare when they refinish our hardwood floors annually. We receive compliments repeatedly from visitors about the exceptional floor finish!

Recently had our carpets ripped up and hardwood floors refinished by Master Care Flooring. From start to finish they were professional. John came in and gave us our estimate but was very upfront with us on that that floor were covered in carpeting and without actually seeing everything his estimate was pending the carpet removal. As luck (bad) would have it we found out why the floor were always carpeted. The were improperly installed. No worries, John gave us an updated contract and work started immediately replacing the bad floors, matching the existing flooring in the hallway.; They did a phenomenal job in finishing the floors and we could not be happier. I would recommend MasterCare flooring for all my hardwood flooring needs!

Our experience was friendly and well done. The actual ordering of the floors got complicated because we removed 3 rooms of carpet and had to match the 16 year old existing floors as close as possible. With the old floors and stairs being sanded and refinished, the new floors blend right in. It took time and an extra visit from the follow up crew to get all of the small details right. In the end Mastercare came through and we are very happy with our floors.
