I have been to this salon three times. I don’t know the stylists name but she is a middle aged woman who wears glasses and has dyed red hair. I know this because one time she was dyeing her own hair during “downtime” which I think is unprofessional. First time was a bang trim  second time a haircut. Both times were decent. The third time this woman was juggling more than three clients and while her two other clients were having their hair colored she worked on my hair. She was visibly under the influence of something. She was stumbling and her speech was distracted and slurred. She was sweating and kept saying she was going to pass out. I should have walked out but she had cut half my hair at that point. Honestly I was fearful she was going to cut me. She kept waving her scissors around and stopping her work on me to chat up the clients with the dye on their hair. There was another stylist named Rick who seemed completely oblivious to this behavior which made me wonder if it’s a common occurrence. I’m only giving one star because you have to give something to rate this salon. However this was the most unprofessional and potentially dangerous situation I have ever encountered. That woman couldn’t not even work the computer at the end of the service. Embarrassing and completely disrespectful.

Needed a haircut before making a cross-country flight. Had a  5:15 reservation made day before. Hours listed until 9pm. Arrived, and the place was closed. Chief of mall security said this was a common thing that everyone who worked in the mall knew about.  Won't go back.

I have been going to this Mastercuts location for 6 years now, and everyone there is very nice. I and my son usually get our color and cut done by Chris, by appointment. She is really skilled at color and cutting, and always gives me a flattering stylish cut. I always have some very specific ideas of what I want, and they listen and work with me. I also find it easy to talk to them. I love being able to walk-in if I need to.

I wanted my hair straigntened and curled. A middle aged man just went over my hair with a flat iron, tugging on it and not even properly touching the roots or ends. I could do a better job when I was 8 years old. He tried to curl it but I don't think he knew how to use the curler. He just said my hair wouldn't curl. He kept tugging at my hair and then just didn't straighten it. It was all frizzy and rough and there were still so many areas where the hair was not straightened at all. He didn't even use protectant spray. How does a hairdresser not even know the basics or how to use a flat iron or curler? I wasted my time and damaged my hair. Terrible experience.
