Keely did an excellent job on my highlights and cut. She even gave me a complementary style. She took her time, didn't rush, and made my experience very relaxing.

I came in to Mastercuts to get my turned over from brunette to an all over blonde. Symia was very nice but my hair turned out almost an orange color. She said this was normal, and that I would have to wait two weeks to come back so we can do the coloring again so it would not damage my hair. I tipped here 15$ because she was very nice, and being I was going to come back to get the color blonde finally. Now calling back, I have to actually pay AGAIN to have the color put in my hair, because I waited over two weeks. Honey, I was waiting so my hair would not be damaged from bleaching it. Unsatisfied with this place. Why would I have to pay AGAIN to have my hair colored to get the orange out. I will NOT be coming into this place again. Nice people, but hell no.

Sumaiya did an excellent job giving me exactly the cut I wanted. Definitely a salon I will be returning to!
