I wasn't going to mention but you guys must know this. I requested a perm for my hair. They ruined it. They only did the top of my hair, back of my hair was straight. they wrapped a towel around my forehead. It did not do anything to protect from the perm lotions flow through my forehead and my eyes. perm liquids got in to my eyes and it burned so much. They did not even have a medical emergency kits for this kind of situation. I asked myself for the saline solution but they didn't have it. They did not even go out and buy one. I tried to wash it out with waters but it burned whole day. after the perm was done, my forehead was melt with the perm lotion soaked in to the towel. my forehead became just like the towel texture. And they still got $40 for the perm. I tried not to say it because people make mistakes but they did not even know what to do when they make mistake and did not even have right safety tools for it, nor skills. TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY. If it never gets better, I will sue you for my ruined skin and your poor treatments after the accident

My daughter had her hair cut here, and it was cute the first day--not amazing, but cute. But its clear that the haircut itself is just awful. I am guessing the stylist put a lot of hair gel in it to get it to look decent when she left the store. The stylist just shouldn't have attempted to cut my daughter's hair... daughter wanted a pixie cut. Bad idea. Spend the money to get a decent cut, go somewhere else. Good haircuts are expensive for a reason.

Went into shop at 8:30pm. 2 empyees standing arround jabbering and I asked for a haircut. Lady said to me, I am sorry we are about to close. So I walk out and then come back and ask what time they close, the lady sweeping said 9pm, and I said how hard is it to do a 10 minute haircut before 9pm. Apparently no one wanted to work because everyone with a Mastercuts smock on decided they did not want to cut hair. Well I certainly hope you like loosing busimess because the lady down the hall at Regis Salon said she could get me but I would have to wait. I smell a 10 dolla tip coming for her. Poor work ethics lead to lost business, no problemo.

Absolutely horrible. Couldn't even do what I came in there for and expensive price for the WORST haircut I have ever recieved.

Competent, efficient, and affordable service. My stylist Roya gave me exactly the layered look I asked for my medium length hair. She didn't push products on me and there was no pressure of carrying on a conversation. (As an introvert, I love that.) I spent less than 30 min the chair and less than $20 including tip, which is slightly less than what I usually spend on a similar cut. And asides from waiting about 10 minutes before getting service, this was an overall positive experience.
