Matt and his wife, Kathy made my home buying and selling experience remarkably pain and hassle free. With Kathy's staging advice and Matt's skills and attention to detail in marketing and negotiating, I got more than I had ever expected for the home I was selling. Matt also made the buying process easy and stress-free by doing almost all of the research and work for me. I was so impressed that with everything he was juggling, I always felt like I was the only client he was working with and his utmost priority. He was consistently quick to respond to my (numerous) emails, texts and calls - always calmly reassuring me that everything was taken care of. And it was! I would HIGHLY recommend Matt for selling or purchasing a home.

My husband and I were hesitant about working with a real-estate agent because we wanted to take our time looking at homes, and we didn't want to feel pressured into buying anything before we were ready.  We shared these concerns with friends, and they recommended we call Matt.  So glad we did!  Matt took us to see homes nearly every day for a few months, and he never once made it seem like it was a job for him.  Matt was quick to answer questions and concerns, offer expertise and ideas concerning renovations (he's great if you're considering buying a fixer upper), provide detailed information about different areas of Minneapolis, and tell us when a house was simply a bad buy (he'll walk in and pick something apart before he recommends you purchase).  All in all, we're very satisfied and we would definitely recommend Matt.

We would not hesitate to recommend utilizing Matt as your real estate agent.  Matt was always extremely responsive to any questions or requests we made. Matt is a very personable, friendly person and very easy to work with. Matt has extensive experience and candidly answered our questions by drawing upon his expertise. We felt like he didn't push his own agenda and conducted the house search at our desired pace. We will definitely recommend Matt to friends and family in the future.
