It was a real pleasure working with David and his team. Really liked the fact that David listened to what exactly we were looking for and set up the search accordingly. When we found the house that we really liked David helped us to negotiate great price and it was like he was reading our minds when it related to an offer and counter offer numbers. We could tell that he really knows the business and understands real estate market in the area. Overall process was very smooth and efficient. David and Sheila were very responsive to any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend Matt Fetick team to our friends and family.

I can't say a bad thing about the Matt Fetick team. We worked with Sheila and Dave about a year ago. We met Dave at an open house and from then on he was so helpful trying to find us a good house. We had worked with another realtor and you could really tell the difference of quality. Dave also took a "Don't worry about negotiating, that's my job" approach and that really took a weight off of our shoulders. We ended up with an amazing home and he wasn't afraid to tell us not to pass up on it. A year later we've been invited to events, cocktail parties, Christmas parties, etc. and they really make you feel like a part of the family.

My boyfriend and I were referred to work with David and Nicole and I couldn’t be happier we did. They are incredible to say the least.  My boyfriend and I were from two separate states looking for a first home in middle ground. Needless to say finding the time that works for two people with crazy work schedules amongst their own is no easy task but both handled it flawlessly.  Both were patient with us, shared their large breathe of knowledge and tips along the way and listened to our wants and needs.  Not to mention their excitingly prompt and professional responses at any time of the day/week.  The homes they matched us with were exactly under our desired descriptions.  At the end of our searching we finally fell in love with our first home.  And while we definitely had the most interesting closing in history... they backed us up every step of the way and got us a great deal.  I highly recommend them to anyone looking in the area.  We’ve already given their information our to a few of our friends!  Thank you guys!!

As first-time home buyers, we knew we would need a realtor who would be patient enough to walk us through and spell out the details of this process in a patient manner. We came across doubts and tons of questions about the whole process but David was always available and on top of everything. Sheila, the showing specialist, was always patient and pleasant to show numerous houses for us until we found the perfect fit for our family.
I highly recommend David and the whole Matt Fettick team. David was able to get the deal finalized quickly and was thorough with all the paperwork; he is quite knowledgeable of real estate transactions and processes and was able to provide rational and appropriate guidance that represented our interests.
During the settlement the whole team involved was present and it was nice to meet everyone. We also received a nice basket after couple weeks in our new home, what a thoughtful team. Besides, they keep in touch by inviting us to family events to maintain the relationship with their clients. You won't be disappointed to choose them in the purchase of your new home.

David and Nicole are absolutely awesome!  When we were ready to come home to PA and make the move back from NJ, this wonderful team stepped right up to the challenge.  I want to believe we had David and Nicole go through 30+ different homes with/without us in the West Chester area.  Since we were so far away, they were previewing properties on our behalf so we were not wasting time when we could actually make the trip.  Through some ups and downs they were able to help us find our PERFECT home.  Everything from the negotiation, to the advice, to sitting down at the table and signing the papers went smoothly.  I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience.  Even more, I’m pleased to say we have found some new friends!
