Has very knowledgeable agents. As well as all the staff is friendly. Has their customers best interest at hand. They have an outstanding. Bilingual agent. The best insurance agency in Sedalia.

The lady at the front desk is fabulous. I never actually met Matt in the 3 years I did business with them. One of the workers made an error and my insurance was canceled but I was never notified. When I was pulled over for a burned out headlight it ended up costing me 4 points on my license because of the insurance being terminated without my knowledge. The lady at the front desk got it sorted out but unfortunately it was too late to do anything about the citation. They made a ridiculous amount of errors in the time I did business with them and they are difficult to get a hold of. I had homeowners, auto on 3 vehicles, renters and 6 life insurance policies through them. What a waste of money. Henry County Mutual will get my recommendation from now on!

Outstanding agent.  Very knowledgeable and does an excellent job looking out for the best interests of his customers.

The staff was friendly and good with flexibility, but they kept upping my insurance constantly due to "policy changes" and I got tired of it. They started out great, but it was not worth all of the money they were wanting me to pay.
