Searching for a house can be an extremely frustrating process, but Matt Page’s team of experts makes it easy! We were using another agent initially, who was a lot more inexperienced, and spent six long months with no progress at all. We made the decision to switch agents after we were given a referral for Matt, and we couldn’t have been happier. I sold a house through Matt Page that was going to be a more difficult sale, and Matt did a good job all of the way through. We needed to find the right buyer who would appreciate the unique qualities of the property. It took a few months, but Matt did not lose patience, and continually kept me up to date with showings and offers. Matt kept things going through a long closing process, and protected my interests along the way.

Been dealing with Mat for years. He's as pro as they come. Cool to have a realtor not relying on selling you a house that day to eat, he spends time working to get to know you and making sure you have all the information. I felt comfortable knowing he was not pushy. :)

Matt and his team not only helped me buy the perfect house but also helped me negotiate a great deal. They made the buying experience relatively painless and Matt's experience in the Salt Lake market was instrumental to making the whole experience hassle free with a perfect outcome. When we started looking for a house and so a real estate agent, I was just purely scared of that "pushy salesman" experience like I had in the past... Matt was completly the opposite, being a professional, being passionate about what he does, doing it full time, spending the time needed to get you what you are looking for (he was emailing us new houses on the market at 5am, right when they came out!). He took the time to explain us how he works, took the time to know and learn what we liked and were looking for. Above all, what I really liked was that he was a very precious adviser in the way we would be looking at houses, areas, keeping in mind that he could be the realter reselling it in a few years! But he still left us with the freedom to look at whatever we wanted. Matt also used his experience to advise throughout the buying process, which worked out the way he thought it would! We were first time home buyers, and we felt in good hands from A to Z.
