MKD staff were always so helpful and professional throughout both of the funerals of my parents. They took care of everything including getting someone to play bagpipes at my mom's funeral and a beautiful service for my dad who was an Army man. The man they found to play taps on the bugle was so good. I would highly recommend MKD for anyone having to plan a funeral.
Our experience with MKD was immeasurable during our time of loss and grief. Randy and his team were extremely comforting, caring, and attentive to our needs. MKD took care of every detail which allowed our family to be at peace knowing that all was being taken care of. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to have MKD take care of my mom and all the funeral arrangements. I highly recommend MDK for their professionalism and deep respect and care for families going through the painful loss of your loved one.
When my husband died, I chose MKD Funeral Home on Clyde Park in Wyoming to handle the funeral arrangements. Mike Larabel was professional, kind, and respectful as he led our family through the many unfamiliar choices we had to make. MKD did not pressure or hurry us even though we had to wait a week for some family members to reach Grand Rapids from other states. Mike was with us every step of the way including visitation, the Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, and the final graveside prayer at Resurrection Cemetery. Mike’s dependability allowed seamless and smooth transitions. During this difficult time, I felt blessed and thankful for the support and comfort offered by Mike and the entire MKD staff.
Everyone at MKD was very pleasant to deal with. The circumstances were rough but everyone was beyond nice and sincere. They made the process simple walking us through everything and were very helpful.
We are so blessed and grateful for Rachel, Mike and Marilyn for going above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for your compassion and professionalism in making a difficult event a real celebration of life.

To be honest when I arrived I didn't know what to expect. My father had previously arranged his funeral plans. I was greeted warmly and never once felt pressured. They were professional, yet very personable, caring and kind. Most of all they were honorable, and the after care was just as well,when I called back and needed further help. Thank You MKD for the work you do, and the great job doing it.
My mom passed away & we went thru MDK for the viewing & to ship my mom to Puerto Rico to lay her to rest. MDK made my mom look so beautiful & made the process so simple for us including sending my mom to PR. My mom was an elegant & classy women. We can not be more grateful for the great job they did. It was beautiful & perfect. If you want the best service for a loved one after they pass definitely get in contact with them. Thank you MDK for everything
MKD was fantastic and extremely respectful. The care shown to a veteran was beyond what was expected, and at the same time I couldn't imagine any other way now. As much as you don't want to have the services of MKD, they are a great choice to use.
From start to finish I was really impressed! They were timely, professional and sincere when they came to pick up my dad. Our meeting at the funeral home to make all the decisions went really smooth. They were kind, sympathetic and explained everything very well. Nobody looks forward to going to a funeral home but when you have to, you want to be treated with care, concern and professionalism and they did all of the above! I would highly recommend their services :
