The office staff was very rude to me and hung up on me when I called to ask about my bill .. I got a cleaning and one filling and it cost over 300 dollars for a cash customer. I gave them my insurance card when I had my cleaning in Feb and they didn't bill my insurance until July, Every other dentist i ever had called to confirm my insurance covered everything the day of my apt .. they waited months and come to find out i wasn't covered so they said we will give a cash discount! basically they charge you more and then discount it. RIP OFF .. and my tooth that they filled is sensitive and hurts more than before they touched it. doubt i even had a cavity in the first place. My fiance also went there and had two cavities done and his teeth are also very sensitive after having them filled. He was so dissatisfied that he is not returning for the remaining cavities they claim he has. We both also got bills that were inaccurate balance when I called they tell me a different balance.

Dr. Mattioli is incredible, he is a great dentist, he puts you at ease, and he is very professional. His work is impeccable and there is no one else who I would rather have work on my teeth. Highly recommended!!!
